Public Management

Synergia works in public projects in the Housing, Health and Sanitation sectors, among others, which seek to provide changes in the living conditions of communities and reflect their wishes.

Through the elaboration of sectorial participatory plans and the execution of TSWP (Technical Social Work Plan), we prepare communities with activities that may involve education, social communication, survey and regularization of land documents, establishment of removals and urbanization criteria, organization and financial management of projects.

We follow and monitor changes in residence or living with periods of construction, to articulate partnerships for actions to train people for entrepreneurship, generating income from associative and creative economy initiatives.

  • Participatory Master Plan
    • In compliance with a legal requirement to update Participative Master Plans in the municipalities, we mobilize and guarantee the participation of society in the process of defining municipal urban development guidelines. We support the process with diagnostic studies and territorial prognoses, maps and socioeconomic surveys.
  • Elaboration of Social Interest Housing Plan (SIHP)
    • We support the process of community mobilization and participation in defining guidelines for housing programs of social interest, with technical studies of diagnosis and prognosis for territorial studies, which indicate demands, vocations, land tenure situations and other contexts for decisions.
  • Integrated Solid Waste Management Plan
    • In compliance with a legal requirement, it mobilizes and guarantees the participation of society in the process of defining guidelines for the production, collection, treatment and final disposal of solid waste. We support the process with technical studies of diagnosis and prognosis, indicating problems and locational and normative solutions for each stage of waste management.
  • Technical Social Work in Housing and Urbanization projects
    • Registration, mapping and characterization of target audiences for the programs, selection of beneficiaries, preparation, follow-up and monitoring of families before and during construction, and post occupation.
