The services performed focused on the identification and registration of users of surface waters in the Capibaribe Basin. Thus, support to APAC could be provided through technical information relevant to the effectiveness of the management instruments of the State Water Resources Policy of the State of Pernambuco.
Numerous partnerships were made with the municipalities to disseminate the registration, articulations with secretariats, associations, unions and socio-environmental institutions. The aim was to enable excellence in research execution and the dissemination of the right to use water resources, supporting the modeling of the information system and the monitoring of the use of these resources.

Goal: Identify and register 100% of users of surface water in the Capibaribe Basin.
Results: Users registered and informed about the rules for the use of water resources and mobilized for the regularization of water use.
