Synergia’s Reporting Channel is a place exclusively for the recording of facts that go against the legislation in force, the Code of Conduct, internal policies and norms, and also those actions that may cause damage to any of the company’s activities, its professionals, clients, suppliers and third parties.
Complaints can be made either anonymously or identified.
The information registered is received by an independent company specialized in denunciations, ensuring absolute confidentiality and the proper treatment of each situation by Synergia’s Ethics Committee.
When a denunciation is registered, a protocol number is generated, which enables the follow-up of the analysis process through the Channel site.
